The “Keep Those Wheel Chairs Rolling” is an annual contest by which the facilities you serve may benefit.  It is a simple thing to enter.  All you need to do is write a short letter of 200 words or less stating what it is our veteran patients need most.  It may be almost anything; a project, equipment, or something that may add to the comfort or convenience of the veterans in your hospital.  Include the approximate cost and intended use of the project or equipment in your letter.  March 31, 2008 is the cut-off date.

I ask that you contact your VA hospital/clinic Representatives ASAP in order for them to get their contest letters (“needs list”) on time.  All letters need to be mailed to the following address:
